Before you start using our store, we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Your data is protected with the utmost care and we do not share it with others.

We entrust your data to companies only for the purpose of providing you with a comprehensive, highest care purchase service, possible returns, complaints procedures, etc., but even then we protect your data with appropriate contracts.

The administrator of personal data is NOBU Warsaw.

You may request us at any time to complete, update, rectify your personal data, temporarily or permanently stop processing, or delete the data if it is no longer needed to meet the purpose for which it was collected.

1. Availability of services and placing an order

1.1. On contracts are concluded only in Polish or English. The contracting party is NOBU Warsaw Paulina Bedyńska with its registered office at ul. Malinowa 2, 05-500 Piaseczno. The articles on offer can only be delivered to locations in Poland and the European Union.

1.2. To make a purchase in our store, you must go through the whole procedure of buying online, i.e., select the product(s) you wish to purchase and click on the "Add to cart" icon and then "Go to order fulfillment". You can make a purchase as a "Registered User" or as a "Guest" with only an email address and shipping address. If you wish to create an account when placing an order, click the "Create Account" button under the email address and enter the password for the new account. At the time of placing the order and for the purpose of delivery, please provide a delivery address and phone number, choose the delivery method and payment method. To complete the purchase, please click the "Confirm purchase" button.

1.3. By clicking the "Confirm purchase" button you will place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. We will confirm your order by e-mail immediately after you send your order and make the payment. A binding contract is concluded when you receive the "Order Confirmation". The products you ordered will be shipped after you have paid the price for them in full plus the shipping costs, unless they are covered by us in accordance with clause 2.2 below.

1.4. We provide product availability information for each product. If the product has the status "available" it means that it is in our warehouse and shipping will take place within 24 hours.

If the product has a "subject to order" status, the shipment waiting time is up to 10 business days.

1.5. Delivery in terms of working days is to be understood as referring to all days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

1.6. Upon delivery, you take full possession of the product and the risks associated with the product.

1.7. NOBU Warsaw Store will provide for an indefinite period of time a free electronic Newsletter service. You can use it by entering your e-mail address in the appropriate box on the page or by selecting the appropriate field when creating your account.

You may cancel this service at any time and without giving any reason. To request removal of your data, please send an email to or to our mailing address.

2. Prices, methods and shipping costs

2.1. Under the rules in force, all prices offered at the time of placing the order are final prices, that is, they also include VAT at the current valid rate. The goods you ordered remain our property until such time as we have received the full sales price.

2.2. The cost of shipping the order within Poland is borne by NOBU Warsaw, and the cost of shipping the order elsewhere in the EU will be on display before the final confirmation of purchase.

2.3. Selecting "Cash On Delivery" gives rise to additional costs, not less than PLN 5 or its equivalent in another currency.

3. Payments

3.1. We offer the following types of payment: fast transfer online payment by credit card (using the service) or bank transfer to our account. For each order we reserve the right not to offer certain types of payments and to offer others. Please note that we only accept payments from bank accounts in the European Union. All costs of financial transactions are borne by you.

3.2. Credit cards are subject to verification and require authorization by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not confirm execution of the payment, it will not be possible to conclude the sale contract and therefore we are not responsible for any delay or failure to complete the order.

3.3The payment card service is provided by PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. Kanclerska 15, 60-327 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, VIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, Regon 301345068.

3.4 You hereby grant consent to receive account information in electronic form only.

4. Discount Coupons and their use

4.1. For special events or within the framework of promotional campaigns, we will issue percentage or fixed amount discount Coupons (Codes). They will be valid for a limited time and will not be available for purchase.

4.2. Discount Coupons can only be used within a certain timeframe and for one order only. Discount Coupons cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

4.3. In the case of a fixed amount discount the value of the goods must be the same or greater than the amount on the discount Coupon. Any difference in the case of goods with a higher value should be covered by payment made in one of the ways offered. The Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and does not bear interest. We will not refund a discount Coupon if the order is fully or partially refunded.

4.4. Discount Coupons can only be used prior to completion of the ordering process. You cannot combine several discount Coupons. Upon completion of the order, discount Coupons cannot be used. Discount Coupons cannot be transferred to third parties.

5. Gift cards and their use

5.1. Gift cards are vouchers that you can buy and can only be used to purchase products in our store. They cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. If the value of the gift card does not cover the full value of the order, the difference must be paid using one of the payment methods offered.

5.2. Gift cards and amounts accrued on your account can only be used prior to completion of the ordering process. The amount on the gift card cannot be paid out in cash and does not bear interest.

6. Statutory right to withdraw from the product purchase contract

6.1. When acquiring products at NOBU Warsaw you have a statutory right of withdrawal. If you choose to return all or part of your order, please use the return form, which you will find below. Making returns using the Return Form will greatly speed up your return service.

6.2. Advice on the right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period starts on the day when you or the third party designated by you, which was not a carrier, took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should notify us of your decision by email at: You can use the enclosed Form for return (withdrawal), but this is not mandatory.

After you have sent the notice of withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice (.pdf).

The right to withdraw from the contract is not available if the subject of the contract is the delivery of products tailored to the individual needs of the Customer.

6.3. Consequences of withdrawal

6.3.1.If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments (in full, if the refund is for the entire order or in part if you only return some products).

6.3.2.To return your funds we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless we explicitly agree with you another way of returning the funds paid.

6.3.3.If you choose to return your purchased item, we may refuse to refund the payment received from you until the item has been returned.

6.3.4. You in turn are under obligation to return or transfer the goods immediately, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the date you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is deemed to have been observed if the goods were shipped within 14 (fourteen) days. Please note that in the event of a return of goods, you as buyer will bear the shipping costs. We recommend that you return the purchased product in its original packaging, packed in a way that protects the product against damage. The return parcel should be accompanied by a purchase receipt or other proof of transaction.

Returns sent “Cash On Delivery” will not be accepted by NOBU Warsaw.

7. Exchange of products

7.1. Our customers have the right and the possibility to exchange purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt of the order, without giving any reason. To observe that deadline, it is enough to send a statement before it expires. The statement may be emailed to or by phone at + 48 798-853-798.

7.2. We will exchange your product for another available in our store. If there is a difference in price between them, you will either be required to cover the difference in the price of the goods or you will be reimbursed for the overpayment arising from the difference.

7.3. The customer shall cover the cost of returning the replaced item. The cost of sending the new order is borne by us. We will undertake to exchange your product immediately, no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the day on which we receive the replacement product.

8. Complaints

Statutory liability for defective products.

We undertake to provide you with products free of defects. In the event of any defects of products ordered through you can file a complaint under the Civil Code, art. 556 et seq. Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 1964, No. 16, item 93, as amended). The claim can be made on the basis of warranty for defects.

8.1. You have the right to free of charge repair or replacement of the product in case of defects. In the case of a subsequent (second) claim regarding the same product, you have the right to request a price reduction or reimbursement of the cost of purchase. These rights relate to defects that occur within 2 (two) years of the date of delivery of the product (s).

8.2. All complaints about products purchased in our store as well as their implementation should be sent to or by mail to the service address given in the introduction of the regulations. Please return the goods subject to complaint together with a receipt, purchase invoice or other proof of purchase, and a description of the complaint. 8.3. Your complaint will be handled by us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of a complete complaint. We will immediately notify you of any deficiencies in your complaint and how to remedy them. If your claim is upheld, we will refund the shipping cost (up to the lowest shipping option available on your offer). If your complaint is turned down, the product subject to complaint will be sent to you at your cost.

8.4. Please note that the following product defects are not subject to the complaints procedure:

• natural wear and tear of shoes;

• exchangeable parts, such as heel tips or laces;

• mechanical damage (abrasion, rupture, tearing or scratching, decorations falling off, zips, rubber, etc.) arising out of your use of the product, and damage resulting from a lack of or incorrect maintenance;

• damage caused by misuse of the shoe;

• discoloration of feet by footwear;

• comfort of footwear, footwear letting in water (unless the item is described as waterproof).

The goods we offer are craft products.

We only select products of the highest quality, but certain features such as color and texture differences are unavoidable, and may cause slight differences in finish. Bearing in mind the above, we assure you that nothing in this provision will affect your statutory rights under contractual warranty or contractual right of withdrawal.

8.5. We also inform you that you have the option to use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures in accordance with the European Dispute Resolution procedure, as developed by the European Commission, available at: or through the Consumers’ Federation:


9. Provisions on businesses

9.1. This section of the Regulations and the provisions contained therein apply only to non-consumer customers and service recipients.

9.2. NOBU Warsaw as seller is entitled to withdraw from the sale contract concluded with a non-consumer customer within 14 calendar days from the date of its conclusion. Withdrawal from the contract of sale in this case can be made without giving a reason and does not give the customer non-consumer any claims against NOBU Warsaw.

9.3. In the case of non-consumer customers of NOBU, NOBU Warsaw as seller has the right to limit the available payment methods, and require prepayment in whole or in part irrespective of the method of payment chosen by the customer and the fact of conclusion of the contract of sale.

9.4. At the time the NOBU Warsaw product is handed over to the carrier the non-consumer customer takes on the benefits and burdens associated with the product and the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the product. The seller (NOBU Warsaw) is therefore not liable for loss, partial loss or damage of the product resulting from its acceptance for carriage until delivery to the customer or for any delay in shipment.

9.5. If a product is sent to the customer via a carrier, the non-consumer customer is required to examine the shipment in the timeframe and manner adopted for such shipments. If the customer finds that the product has been subject to partial loss or damage during carriage, s/he is obliged to take all necessary steps to establish the liability of the carrier.

9.6. Pursuant to art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code, the liability under product warranty of NOBU Warsaw as seller towards a non-consumer customer is excluded.

9.7. The liability of the seller towards a non-consumer customer, irrespective of its legal basis, is limited, either in the context of a single claim or for any claims in aggregate, up to the price paid and delivery costs under the contract of sale, not exceeding in any case the amount of one thousand Polish zlotys. The seller is liable to the non-consumer customer for only typical damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract and shall not be liable for any lost profits of the non-consumer customer.

9.8. Any dispute arising between NOBU Warsaw as seller and a non-consumer customer shall be submitted to the court of competent jurisdiction for the registered office of NOBU Warsaw.

10.2. Using our online store improperly through deliberate attempts to launch or introduce harmful materials, viruses, Trojan horses, computer worms, logic bombs or software designed to damage or destroy the website is prohibited.

10.3.In matters not regulated in the Regulations, generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular: the Civil Code; Act on the provision of electronic services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended) and other relevant provisions of generally binding law.
